Letters To Santa: Application Form

The Southeast Santa Cause is for families who are experiencing severe financial struggles and without this initiative would not have any gifts under the tree. If you feel that you would benefit from this cause, please fill out this application thoroughly and one of our elves will contact you once your application has been reviewed.

 

Please take a moment to fill out one form per child in your family. The more specific you are, the better our elves can do!
